... hmmm funny - ill try your on2 settings.
Are you working with the trunk version? We´ve still got the "choppy" issue 
- even in a localhost setup. Tried all buffer settings - seems to be a 
server issue but we´re not sure yet.

It somehow works :) and its not chopping. There can be a problem in 
distant countries, because of slow transit, but here "in da house" (Czech 
Republic) it works without chopping. 

I have had problems with earlier versions of Red5, but this seems to be 
OK. 

The video is on2 vp6 compressed to 512kbps.

But what I propose is to put in flash player little buffer 
(ns.setBufferTime(1)) - 1 second.
