[Red5] Is there any tutorial explaining streaming from zero ala flashextensions?

Hello,
I have seen the videos from http://www.flashextensions.com and they
were a great help for understanding how I can use Red5. Now I now how
to add and multiply numbers with Red5 *grin* but I would like to know
how to connect my camera and send the image to Red5 and how to see the
stream that is sent by other clients to the server...So, I guess I
want to know how to do streaming with Red5. I have googled a bit and I
found some pointers but I would like to know if is there any tutorial
up to date that explains step by step (ala flashextensions) how to
implement streaming.
