[Red5] live stream test

Rob,

The stream working for me now here in the UK... buffer fluctuates
around 1.5to 3 and the frame rate is fluctuating from 2 to 14

Pretty choppy play back but then if your stressing the server currently I
guess thats not unreasonable at all.
