I agree; the beauty of Open Source Software is that we are in
competition with no-one but ourselves and our own limitations.  The
whole world benefits when we free ourselves from a proprietor mindset
- it's just a pity that it sometimes takes those who are new to the
world of FOSS a while to realize that and adjust their lousy
attitudes.
