[Red5] Video and audio on Macbook Pro?

Thank you!  That was indeed the problem.  Flash also did not select  
the Built-in microphone by default, either, so to anyone else out  
there who expects that some users might be on os/x, be sure to  
include instructions for fiddling with the settings, or, as Luke  
suggests, a drop-down box with all their microphone/video choices.
