[Red5] Win or Linux

We have been using RED5 on a Centos 4.3 Machine since 0.4

Works Like a charm
(p4 3.2 gzh 2 GB RAM SATA HD)

I have red5 on a server with Cento but it will not working so good.
Will RED5 work better and easier on a windows server?
