[Red5] Red 5 behind a firewall

Hi all,

I'm having a little difficulty streaming flvs from behind our campus firewall. Viewing from on campus, there is no problem, but users from outside can't connect to Red5. We've opened port 1935, and set the rtmp host properties in conf/red5.properties and in myapp/WEB-INF/red5-web.properties, yet still outside users can't connect. I've even tried setting the rtmp port to 80 in conf/red5.properties and in myapp/WEB-INF/red5-web.properties and still we have no success. Is there some other configuration that I'm missing? Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Sean
