[Red5] Getting .NET to speak to red5

Just an update looks like hessian might be a nice bridgable tcp  
service. Its for admin things so JMX managed beans would be possible  
but not managable via C# obviously without the interop bridges. Still  
might look at converting an RMI client from the spring RMI service  
into C# with some bridging libraries and see how it goes :)
