[Red5] Getting .NET to speak to red5

Looks like also loading stuff from the db isn't so cool. Will have to
make a remote management thing to xml configs I guess with how the
FMS admin works. Is there a tool in spring to make editing xml nodes
easier ? Might be looking at building spring components with each
subscope config as a component.
