[Red5] red5 and OSGi

Hi,

I realized that the problem is bigger than I thought. There are many
cyclic dependencies in red5 code. I suggest if the developer have
time.
Please run, structure 101/intellij idea analyze cyclic dependency
tools or http://classycle.sourceforge.net/index.html to have some
ideas on how big is the problem is.

I.M.H.O. I don't think this is the right time to add OSGi support
until these cyclic dependencies are fixed.
