[Red5] High latency with red5

Not necessarily,  if there is low traffic on the trunk then the  
buffer would fill quickly, but if there is a packet jam then the  
buffer would take longer.  My gut says that some packets are being  
delayed and others are not.  But I would think that a ping test would  
show that if allowed to regress over 20-30 pings.

I'm not an expert but I would guess that you instinct is correct and  
this isn't normal.
