[Red5] High latency with red5

I have set the tcp_nodelay to true. For a while I had the illusion that
it was working perfectly, but then suddenly, the communication jumped
again and we had sometimes even around 5 or 8 seconds delay. Strange...
Is there any other idea to improve this ?
