[Red5] No scope "oflaDemo" on this server.

I forgot to mention that.

I've done ant, ant server, ant clean retrieve ... =)  I'm using Ant 1.7
and Java 1.6.  It says BUILD SUCCESSFUL once it's done, it starts up fine
too when I use the red5.bat file.
