[Red5] *****SPAM*****: red5 tomcat installation

Hi,

   I'm new to red5 and trying to set it up in a fresh Tomcat 6.0.14 
distribution. The install notes (at least for TomcatWindows) seem to be 
out of date since no red5.war was provided. Instead I just went to 
http://dl.fancycode.com/red5/0.6.3/war/java5/ and grabbed the ROOT.war, 
admin.war and echo.war and placed them in the tomcat webapps directory 
(and overrode the existing ROOT.war that comes with Tomcat). I start up 
tomcat and go to localhost:8080 and get the tomcat splash page, nothing 
exciting. I go to localhost:8080/admin and it prompts me for a username 
and password. What should that be? I don't see that in any of the 
docs... I also see this echo webapp can I use this to test that things 
are working? Any info is greatly appreciated.
