[Red5] RE D5 - Ehco war app

Hello,
I am trying to create the Echo app from scratch in my Eclipse(Webapp/java
src et all). I thought this will help me understand the creating red5 war
app better. But it is excruciating!

The sample that comes with the distribution - the web.xml is looking for
red5.xml. Where can I find this dmn file. I found one web.xml in the
roo/conf folder. But this contains entry for Jetty etc. 

I want to find the red5.xml file that the echo app needs. Can some one
please let me know where is this one?
