[Red5] logback configs and java service wrapper

Hi FYI, if anyone is having issues with my sl4j problem the suggested  
fix is here though i think its a hack :)

The problem Im having with the new logging system now is that when  
running under java service wrapper the file appenders dont know where  
to write to

ie

<File>logs/myapp.log</File>

or

<File>myapp.log</File>

But it doesnt understand that ive tried setting the user directory or  
current working directory as a flag but doesnt help ,  the only thing  
I can suggest as a fix if anyone tries it is the full path to the log  
ie C:/Red5/logs/red5.log
