[Red5] Milgra Flash Server

Very interesting.  Though, it is not a complete implementation of the
FMS feature set.  The developer mentions that he has not built in
SharedObject or AMF3 support.  He has created a lightweight and clean
alternative to FMS if all you need is streaming.

Personally I would like to see Red5 make it to the 1.0 milestone with
feature parity to FMS.  Talk of refactoring is fine, but I feel as
though the time has come to focus on delivering a stable and mature
product without excessive code or feature bloat.
