[Red5] java.util.concurrent.RejectedExecutionException

Is anyone experiencing these with the latest trunk ?

What am i suppose to do about it to i tweak the threading options in  
the properties file, i'm not sure what to do but its failing on 3  
machines for some reason. Due to the error the vod stream will  
rebuffer or simply stop.

Windows 2003 Server Java 6 JRE update 3, Java Service Wrapper.
