[Red5] java.util.concurrent.RejectedExecutionException

Well the word concurrent so threading threshold problem maybe ?  
Hopefully it just needs setting tweaks, I can tweak  
mysql,php,apache,lighttpd to the buggery but I have no idea about mina  
sorry :\
