[Red5] Converting flv files to mp3..

Hi Paul,

Using the -acodec libmp3lame worked great.  As an FYI to anyone else, I
grabbed the compiled Windows binary for ffpmeg.rev10908 here:

	http://ffdshow.faireal.net/mirror/ffmpeg/

I haven't worked up the nerve to try and build ffmpeg over on my Debian
machine yet, so maybe that's a good exercise for the weekend.  :)
