[Red5] java.util.concurrent.RejectedExecutionException

Hi Dan,

i rewrote my application. ive seperated vod and cam into different scopes. i simplyfied it as much as possible. 
the exeption still happened, but i guess not that often. 

Ive removed all example application (oflaDemo,..). i even turned off the in-build web-server. 
from that on i havent seen this exeption.

Hopefully it remains. Have no idea why that is so.
