[Red5] Converting flv files to mp3..

FFMpeg works great to convert FLVs to other formats, however I had  
heaps of trouble converting FLV's recorded with on a RED5/Web  
Recorder set up when the audio frequency/rate was set to 5kHz. I  
changed to 22kHz and it converts them fine.
