[Red5] red5 doesn't istall -- ibiblio.org server access error

Hi all,

I'm a bloody beginner in flash software and
java server / ant stuff.

well, when trying to install by typing "ant" in the
appropriate directories I get

I think it is because:

[ivy:resolve] :::: ERRORS
[ivy:resolve]   Server access Error: Connection refused
url=http://www.ibiblio.org/maven2/red5/naming-factory//naming-factory.jar

and much more of this.

So red5 installation is trying to download from a server that answers with
"connection refused"

Did I get this right?

any solution? Patch?
