[Red5] No application scope found

We are attempting to get red5 running with rtmp on port 80. It is
installed on a server that is shared with IIS which is also running
on port 80. Red 5 has a different IP than IIS now, and we have
disabled socket pooling, so IIS will no longer grab port 80 on all IPs.

Now Red5 DOES start up, and it does appear to receive attempts to
connect from the flash client, based on the log entries. However now
I am getting the following message in the logs:

INFO | jvm 1 | 2007/11/20 18:47:03 | [INFO] 3916482 pool-3-
thread-3:( org.red5.server.net.rtmp.RTMPHandler.onInvoke ) No
application scope found for oflaDemo on host 555.555.55.38:80.
Mispelled or missing application folder?

In the flash client, I have: nc.connect("rtmp://555.555.55.38:80/
oflaDemo")

What might be going wrong? I have not moved the files or folders or
renamed the directory oflaDemo.

Thanks!

Ellen
