[Red5] Went from Red 0.5rc1 to 0.6.3 Final - Recordings cut off in beginning

Hello all--

I'm curious if anyone could shed some light on the reason why upgrading from
0.5 to 0.6.3 would cause Microphone recordings to be "randomly" cut off in
the beginning or end?  I am using NetStream.publish(fileName, "record") on
the client side to record Microphone input and save to the locals 'streams'
dir.  I'm not sure if this is related, but when I set the logging level on
the Red5 IO package to DEBUG, I get repeated "Method not the same" messages
when I attempt to playback a recording.  Please advise what further
information I can provide to help understand the problem.
