[Red5] red5 0.6.3 performance problem

Hi, this is my first post.

I've a server Quadcore 8GB ram and a lot of banwith (200mbit up/download)
and i installed red5 from the tar.gz in my debian lenny.
My problem is that i've some kind of limit on max user that can connect and
i gor buffer problem.
The site is www.riflettotv.it, a free webtv.
I'm trying to understand if is a limit of 8Gb of ram or i've to setup some
red5 rtmp setting.
For example, how i can count how many user are seeing my video? (are flv
file in the server).

I hope to fix this problem with your help.
