[Red5] users group? To All

He*llo All,
My purpose for suggesting a user group for NEW and "challenged"
users was to help eliminate chatter from within the group. I desire
not to take over or interfere in any way with OSflash/Re5....I would
envision a side group that addresses people like myself that have
been down many misleading and empty paths. I am grateful for
the use of your expertise and code experience and the MANY hours
of work involved by many.
I have over 300 links with so called install instructions that do not
work or have empty links, wrong links, missing software and many
errors. I have successful installs of R5 and am using them while going
through the next curve of AS and JAR creation for apps.
I fear that as we have all experienced in the past that this "window"
will close as quickly as it opened so that the " powers" can take what they
want and use it against users and certainly not for their benefit. (end
users)
Many times these groups are in control of the "enemy" and only serve
that
end. In the spirit of OPEN SOURCE I proposed a second website to address
Class 101 users not Class 501...please give us a fighting chance!!!!!!
As Kirkland closes the computer box we will have less and less
opportunity
to create good things to the benefit of many.....*
Phil
