[Red5] Running as specific user

Hi everybody

I am developing an application that uses red5 to record and store video in
the server. The server is running Fedora Core 4 and I found some info on
internet about how to install and add it to the init.d so it start
automatically when the server reboots. What i cant find is how to change the
user that runs the server by default (in this case root). Does anybody know
how to start automatically Red5 on server start AND have it running as a
different user than the root?
