[Red5] Problem om Win2003

I have installed Red5 on my Win2003 server, the examples works fine, but I cant fins the 
path to the stream catalog: (Flash: _root.movieURL = "http://localhost:5080/streams/record1.flv" (NOT WORK);

I ám only getting "HTTP ERROR: 403 FORBIDDEN RequestURI=/record1.flv Powered by Jetty://"

Can anyone help me?
