[Red5] more build exceptions

Is the problem that Ivy is not downloading the artifacts? If this is the
issue I can put a repository on cvsdude (main svn site). As for eclipse, you
should make sure to do a "Refresh" and then "Clean all projects" after you
do an SVN update.
