Reaper also comes bundled with NINJAM, a jamming app.
I'm using it every day in a professional setup to
broadcast as I mix for various clients, while they
listen in the comfort of their own home and talk back
to me through standard webcams about what to fix. It
works great. Music is encoded in realtime with ogg on
the server side, and the webcam audio coming back is
encoded in some variant of ogg for voice. Running it
on a 10/10Mbit connection I can push at least 8
clients without problems (had no need for more yet).
Regards,
Bojan.
