[Red5] Missing JDK for Mac

Sorry did i just start a flame war ? :) I do think once the codebase
is stablised a more easier to deal with xml config frontend not
requiring to learn spring and log4j, and java performance tweaking
admin or whatever would make it easier to deal with for sys admins /
non java people (like myself) in the future ...
