[Red5] can't get sample apps to work

Hello,

 

I just downloaded Red6 v0.7 and I'm trying to get some of the sample apps to
work. I downloaded BOTH the windows installer (Java 6 Version
<http://www.mediafire.com/?krdyznnnkiw> ) AND the WAR distribution
(Red5War_0.7.0.zip <http://depositfiles.com/files/3728698> ). The WAR
distribution does not have the sample apps in it as far as I can tell. The
windows installer created a bunch of sample-app-looking folders, which I
copied into tomcat's webapp directory, but those don't seem to work either.
(I guess I have to deploy using a war file?) .but the problem with that is I
don't see any war files for the sample apps in neither the war distribution
nor what the windows installer gave me. Is the only alternative to package
them up in a war file myself? If so, how might I go about doing this?
