*(Ha ha, I love my mac, and any computer can break... I've had to fix
this one twice now (which of course sucks) but apple's done it for
free both times and I didn't even buy the extended warranty.  The
first time it was fixed literally in 3 days over a weekend.  This time
they're backed up because everyone wants their computer fixed for
going back to school...  but the computer's > 3 years old so the fact
that they're doing it for free is more than making up for the
downtime...)

Someone else will have to fill in the pro PC stuff ;)
