[Red5] NetConnection.Connect.Failed

I've been pulling my hair out trying to see if my Red5 is running
properly. I can get to the Red5 test page by either browsing to:

http://localhost:8080/red5/

or

http://localhost:8088 which then becomes http://127.0.0.1:5080/ not
sure what this means.

I also have the Red5 service listed in the Services and I can
successfully start it without any errors. I see the Red5 logs get reset
every time I stop/start the Red5 service. So everything seems fine, but
I can't for the life of me, get Red5 to stream. When I run the Publisher
demo using the default settings:

Servers: localhost oflaDemo

Location: rtmp://localhost/oflaDemo

I get the following:

10:30:23:700 - Using Adobe Windows Flash Player 9,0,124,0

10:30:46:476 - Connecting to rtmp://localhost/oflaDemo

10:30:46:492 - NetConnection.Connect.Failed

Any ideas what is going on? I never get an error in the Red5 error log,
I assume it's just never even making it to Red5. I feel I am missing
something easy that I've overlooked... By the way, I am also not able to
get to the Red5 Administration interface, it just opens up a page that
says "Admin" at the top... Not sure why...

Thanks,
