[Red5] Class loader issue again on standalone

It seems to be functioning fine now, it used to complain about not
being able to load WEB-INF, but thanks to the changes in web.xml its
working now. Still puzzled about this classloader problem, it started
getting quite messy because to add a new app using the new logging
setting, I had to update the server, in turn had to update the rest of
the apps, and then i hit a gotcha testing out one of the apps
requiring to load this hessian class, i ended up removing all logging
and adding the app and getting back to the upgrade later. Thankfully
bootstrap loaded it.
