Wow you must have some captial. 40 servers ? Are you talking 40 blade  
servers ? We have 3 beefy dual dual core xeon servers which only do  
about 20% resources each. You might want to look into the edge /  
origin setup as managing 40 instances of red5 will be a nightmare but  
i dont think its complete yet.
