[Red5] launch on boot for os x

Hi All,
I am trying to get red5 to startup automatically on os x whenever it boots.
If I run red5.sh from the terminal it works fine. However, I setup a plist
file for launchd in /System/Library/LauncDaemons and I get the following
errors from the console:
13/12/08 3:30:49 PM red5[260] Exception in thread "main"
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/red5/server/Standalone

Does anyone know why this might be? I hard coded the JAVA_HOME and CLASSPATH
variables into the shell script just in case, and it still does not work.

Thanks,
Sean
