"ant server" runs the server, but out of your top-level directory, not out
of the dist directory. This means you can connect just fine, but you can't
debug it from Eclipse. For example, try running "run-debug.sh" from the
top-level directory and then attaching in Eclipse - for me, it can't find
all the right conf and jar files. But if I run it from dist/ everything

to make sure your dist/ directory has all the right files.
