[Red5] Options of Live Encoder

Hello there,

I'm writing because I would like to know the options of live encoders which support send the A/V stream directly to Red5 or FMS through RTMP.
What are the options? I know the Flash Media Encoder from Adobe and the On2 products including an API for live encoding.

Does anyone know other options? I'm specially interested in APIs because we want to integrate the live encoding functionality to our software. Because the FME can be operated through command-line, so it can be interesting too.
