[Red5] fresh noob to flash development (and red5). Any good introductory texts?

Someone posted a url to some documentation (a pdf ?) here not so long ago.
Maybe they could do that again for Michael?

To search this list for documentation
    http://www.google.com/search?q=red5+documentation+site:www.nabble.com

or simply
   http://www.google.com/search?q=red5+documentation

Maybe there should be a wiki page for people to hack and put urls
documentation resources on?

regards
mark
