[Red5] fresh noob to flash development (and red5). Any good introductory texts?

Someone posted a url to some documentation (a pdf ?) here not so long ago.
Maybe they could do that again for Michael?

Maybe there should be a wiki page for people to hack and put urls
documentation resources on?
