[Red5] Get a list of available streams

I am having a real hard time getting a list of available streams  using
oflaDemo

(flex code)
nc.call("demoService.getListOfAvailableFLVs", nc_responder);

I get    net.connection.call.failed


If I put in an actual filename.flv and tell it to play it will play.
