[Red5] Scheduling jobs

Hi,

I developed a small red5 application and I would like to develop beside this 
application a scheduled service.

What I would like to do is to implement a service that reloads the config file 
of my application every hour. I seen that there is a Quartz implementation of 
the interface IScheduleService. I would like to know how I can use this 
implementation in my code... I'm a bit lost here.

Any hint will be appreciated.
