[Red5] Re d5 Installed but all ports Failed

Hey Wakter, thank you for your continued help.
I changed the red5.properties file like you said but i dont have an outside
IP (noob) I am just testing everything on my localhost, so I did this:
# RTMP
rtmp.host=127.0.0.1
rtmp.port=1935
...
This didn't work for me.
Will disabling ipv6 and forcing red5/java to use ipv4 mean my app will work?
If so, how do I disable it to test it? Do I have to do it through java like
this page suggested:

Can you point me to a direction where I can find out if I need ipv6 or not?
