I'm using 2814 for a while in a test-environment. Works fine but then again 
if you would be using features in 2814 that I don't use they might be broken 
:)

I try to read the changelog and see who fixed what bug or added what new 
piece of code. If the added data is not in the core-parts of Red5 that I'm 
using then it's safe to 'upgrade'. In all other cases I stick to my working 
version. You don't need to update afterall.
