[Red5] Is this neccessary ?

Hi I am questioning if removing jars from the webapps source folders  
are neccessary as building red5 and webapps goes to the dist directory  
not the source directory. This bit of ant code is removing custom jars  
from my custom webapps and have to keep commenting it out.
