[Red5] release 0.7.1 or binary snapshot available?

indeed after changing the paths in the logback.xml in
$red5_home/conf/loback.xml to *log/red5.log* and *log/error.log* from
*../log/red5.log* and *../log/error.log*
=> now I got at least the overall logging settings. But I am still searching
how to enable logging for each webapp, cause the Demo Application's should
also create Logfiles and they all have already the correct path, for example
*log/oflademo.log*. But there is no oflademo.log file in the log-folder.
