[Red5] FMS -> .flv, Red5 -> ?

I think I have misunderstood something. I read further on this and I find
that FMS uses nellymoser for the audio codec and even if i record with red5
the audio codec is nellymoser. How come they are the same?

I hear that ffmpeg has recently supported nellymoser to encode/decode, i
just tried it and it didnt work for me!

Anyone successully extract the audio from an .flv file and save it as an
mp3/wav/ogg file?
