[Red5] How can i: Trigger an event on a single client

Hi,
 
I'd like to trigger an event to a single client from a red5 server side webapp.
 
for example, if the red5 server app, receives an invite from client A for client B, i'd like to trigger an event on client B asking him, and on confirm he'd join the room ...
 
I thought of eventDispatcher on his connection but i'm not usre how to use it ?what do i listen to on the client side ? (flash)
do i create a new kind of event implementing IEvent ?
 
can you help me ?  i don't need a full tuto. just a little hint.
