[Red5] MultiThreadedApplicationAdapter

I understand that this increases performance by using multithreading, 
however could roomStart() get incorrectly called multiple times for the 
same scope or is this function synchronized?  The function itself is not 
defined as synchronized, but is it somehow handled elsewhere or is it 
now my responsibility?
